VMA Board Meeting 7:30-9:00AM. Board working on developing relevant programming and services for you.
DeLand High School 11:30 – 2:00 PM: Introduction to Manufacturing presentations to Engineering Academy. Steven Jones, Electrical Engineer and Zack Glascott, Mechanical Engineer from Sparton, will do a show and tell of the area manufacturers with ice breakers, videos, and most importantly, tell their stories about their passion for manufacturing. We will pass out our new “Hands On Careers in Manufacturing” t-shirts and our new brochures.
New Smyrna Beach High School Engineering Academy will tour the engineering department at Boston Whaler. And they get the t-shirts.
Awards Evaluation Team will continue interviewing Awards Nominees. Who will be this year’s winners?
Your Lou Fifer Education Golf Tournament dollars at work:

Mainland High School Academy of Design and Manufacturing 9:00 – 10:00 AM: Introduction to Manufacturing presentation. Jennifer Snyder from Jenzano, tells her story about her passion for manufacturing. We will pass out our new “Hands On Careers in Manufacturing” t-shirts and our new brochures.
