Everglades Boats Names Ben Cast as Chief Commercial Officer
Everglades Boats, manufacturer of premium fiberglass center and dual console boats, has named Ben Cast as Chief Commercial Officer. In this new position, Cast will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and customer service departments, reporting directly to the Edgewater, Florida based company’s CEO, John Ward.
Having served as President of Lowe Boats and Crestliner for nearly a decade, Cast brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to his role. In addition to holding positions in engineering, quality and program management, Cast previously served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Boston Whaler.

Cast holds a degree in accounting from Notre Dame University, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University). He also served aboard a nuclear submarine for three years as a U.S. Naval Officer. Cast, his wife Kelly, and their four children will be relocating to the Volusia County area this summer.
