Questions will be pre-assigned (See Below) and facilitator will reach out in advance to create a sense of accountability and excitement.

Members will be able to see and speak with Division colleagues and discuss best practices, successes

and practical applications of lessons learned.

Please have your Employee Handbook available.

Employee Handbook Discussion Questions:

  1. What changes have you made to your Handbook due to COVID/pandemic?
  2. What current drug policies do you have in place?
  3. What changes have you made to policies regarding marijuana legislation?
  4. What are your hostile work environment changes?
  5. What are your Social Media policies?
  6. Other issues…..
