WINNING the Talent War

Recognition and Retention

Speaker:  Teresa Rand, President/Chief Executive Officer

       Volusia Flagler Family YMCA

About the Program:

What keeps you up at night?  Like so many, I bet it is the lack of skilled employees.  So, the absolute last thing you need, are you best employees leaving for what they think are greener pastures.  Do you want to learn a few techniques that will give you a fighting chance to keep those you value?

Everyone communicates but few connect.  Learn what to do when people you are leading or speaking to have different values, beliefs or ideas.  You will want to bring your managers with you, because most of the time people leave managers, not companies.  You will be able to evaluate whether your employees have the tools they need to do their jobs and if your recognition programs are fair, clear and consistent.

This couldn’t be a timelier topic.  If you want to protect the staff you have, we will see you there!

Please RSVP by noon, October 26, 2018. For more information call Jayne Fifer at 386.212.4003.
